The Registrar's Office at Dorcas University provides academic support services to students, faculty, administrators, staff and alumni by accurately maintaining all data related to the production of individual academic histories, often called transcripts, at Dorcas University.

Quarterly and grade changes at the request of the faculty; certification of enrollment; verification of degrees; processing of transcript requests;processing credit by exam requests; recording advance placement; processing student requests for leaves of absence; processing academic renewals; disqualification and disenrollments.
