BACHELOR DEGREE |
| |
| Applicants for admission to the undergraduate program must have completed high school. |
Degree Requirements |
| To graduate, a student must: |
| 1. | Complete two years of undergraduate work at another institution since Dorcas University does not offer lower division general education coursework. |
| 2. | Documented professional and other accomplishments which may be evaluated and counted towards fulfillment of part of the credit requirements. |
| 3. | Complete a minimum of 120 semester units of acceptable college credits, at least 60 of which must be upper division. |
| 4. | Attain a minimum grade C (2.0) grade point average for all units in the major core courses. |

MASTER DEGREE |

Applicants may enter a Master degree program with a Bachelor degree or equivalent. The Bachelor degree may be recognized if the applicant has the equivalent of four years of acceptable undergraduate college work through transcripts and extensive professional level life/work experience or more than four years of acceptable transcripted college work. |
| Degree Requirements |
To graduate, a student must: |
| 1. | Complete a minimum of 40 quarter units of acceptable graduate credits out of a total of 48 credits. |
| 2. | Achieve a minimum of grade B (3.0) grade point average in all courses on the approved degree program. |
| 3. | Submit a thesis which is acceptable to Dorcas University. |

DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY DEGREE |
| |
The Master degree or equivalent is necessary for entrance into a doctoral program. Prior learning credits may be accepted for the doctoral program if they were acquired after the Bachelor degree was obtained. |
Degree Requirements |
To graduate, a student must: |
| 1. | Have completed a minimum of 72 quarter units of acceptable graduate credits out of a total of 80 credits. |
| 2. | Achievement of a minimum of grade B (3.0) grade point average in all courses on the approved degree program. |
| 3. | Submit a dissertation which is acceptable to Dorcas University. |
